Promotional fares for new AirAsia route

irAsia announced yesterday a new Colombo-Kuala Lumpur route that will operate direct daily flights from 15 August this year.

An Airbus A320 aircraft will operate on the new Colombo-Kuala Lumpur route.

AirAsia’s Regional Head of Commercial,Kathleen Tan, said the new route would meet the strong pent-up demand whilst the low fares offered would allow more people to travel and boost Sri Lanka’s tourism market.

There are currently limited promotional online fares on offer from LKR4,090 (RM99) one-way excluding taxes.

Fares are on sale from now until 14 June 2009 for travel between 15 August 2009 and 30 April 2010.

AirAsia customers can also get a deal on the new route through GoHoliday with a Buy 1 Night, Free 1 Night promotion valid from now until 15 June 2009 and for travel now until 31 January 2010.
